Pie Bird Co. began in Kristi Martin’s kitchen, where a lifelong love of baking met a heartfelt mission: to create gluten-free pies and baked goods for her mother using cherished family recipes. What started as a personal act of care quickly grew into a community favorite, as more and more people began requesting her delicious, handmade pies.

Kristi’s joy comes from the happiness her baking brings to others. She delights in experimenting with flavors and textures and working one-on-one with customers to craft pies that feel personal, nostalgic, and unforgettable.
